India Justice Report 2019:- India Justice Report 2019 has been released by Tata Trusts.It was prepared in collaboration with Centre for Social Justice, Common Cause, Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, DAKSH, TISS- Prayas and Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy.The report is conceived of as being the first of a series that would help review the justice system on a regular basis. Highlights  (1) The report ranks individual Indian states in relation to their capacity to deliver access to justice. (2) The report consciously makes use of only government data, objective and measurable, to indicate the level to which a particular state has equipped itself to deliver justice to the population. (3) States are ranked on four pillars of the justice system a) Police b) Prison system c) Judiciary d) Legal aid 4.
